• Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions after booking, including the smart lock code, directions to the apartment, and WiFi credentials.
• Our Customer Success Team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM to assist with any questions or issues during your stay.

Important notes: For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.

📅 Reservation Policy: No changes or alterations to reservations are allowed within 72 hours of check-in. 📸 Photoshoots: Must be approved in advance and are charged at a separate rate. Unauthorized shoots will incur a penalty. 🎉 Gatherings: Exceeding the apartment’s maximum capacity must be approved and may incur a fee. Unauthorized gatherings will incur a penalty. 🛂 Security Requirement: Passport copies are required upon reservation per Lebanese General Security. 🧹 Mid-stay Cleaning: Available upon request for an additional fee.
