Located on the 1st floor, the apartment is filled with natural light and designed for relaxed, easy living — perfect for both work and leisure.
Note: kindly note that electricity will be unavailable from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
Important notes:
For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
🚭 Smoking: Allowed only in the garden.
📅 Reservation Policy: No changes or alterations to reservations are allowed within 72 hours of check-in.
📸 Photoshoots: Must be approved in advance and are charged at a separate rate. Unauthorized shoots will incur a penalty.
🎉 Gatherings: Exceeding the apartment’s maximum capacity must be approved and may incur a fee. Unauthorized gatherings will incur a penalty.
🛂 Security Requirement: Passport copies are required upon reservation per Lebanese General Security.
🧹 Mid-stay Cleaning: Available upon request for an additional fee.

Horrible experience. We came firstly it said we had a private parking infront of the building a car blocked both parking it wasn t organized at all had to park on the road. We went up they gave us 2 smart lock codes BOTH did not work. We waited one hour outside on the stairs, they gave a 3rd code it also did not work. At the end they remembered they could unlock the door from their system and did. They wasted an hour of our time with raw food and meat outside instead of unlocking from the beginning. Even while trying to contact them i had to call a million times to get an answer, & put in mind im 100% sure they were seeing my calls bcs he answered once by accident and immediately hung up. Once we got in and started cooking, a guy came to fix the lock 3 separate times and stayed a long WHILE it was so disturbing and we had no time to rest at all. It was soo bad we couldn t even stay the night and ended up leaving after eating. Worst experience ever which is sad bcs the loc&place is cute

the place was amazing with spacious spaces, confy furniture and beds, and clean. id like to point out that the electricity was fluttering alot although we did not turn on alot of appliances at the same time (heater and lights only). and the kitchen cutlery could use more supplies. we did not have a single mug nor small spoons to spare and that was a bit challenging. but nontheless, its an amazing place worth visiting again.
