Haus 22 is located on the 1st floor of a traditional Beirut building (no elevator), offering a quiet, homey atmosphere right in the middle of the city. The open-plan layout includes a bright living and dining area with a 65" Smart TV, perfect for downtime or remote work.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with soft linens and air conditioning. The apartment includes 2 full bathrooms with showers and 2 guest toilets, making it ideal for families or groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and all basic utensils.

Important notes:

For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.

📅 Reservation Policy: No changes or alterations to reservations are allowed within 72 hours of check-in.

📸 Photoshoots: Must be approved in advance and are charged at a separate rate. Unauthorized shoots will incur a penalty.

🎉 Gatherings: Exceeding the apartment’s maximum capacity must be approved and may incur a fee. Unauthorized gatherings will incur a penalty.

🛂 Security Requirement: Passport copies are required upon reservation per Lebanese General Security.
