Unfortunately, my stay was not comfortable. When I checked in, I was given the wrong Wi-Fi password. Since the apartment is underground, there was also no 5G/mobile signal, so having working Wi-Fi was very important. I informed the host, but the issue was not properly followed up or resolved. The biggest problem was the hot water. From the first day, I reported that there was no hot water and was told to wait an hour, but I still had to shower with cold water. The next day, the problem continued. At first, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but by the third night there was still no hot water. On my last night, someone was finally sent to fix the hot water. I was told they would arrive within 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting around an hour and a half. The only issue is the WiFi it doesn't work ,we don't have connection and the sound of the respirator so annoying
I was disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the lack of privacy. There is a large window facing the parking area, allowing anyone outside to see into the property. Although there is a curtain, it doesn’t close properly. I contacted customer support for assistance, but they were unhelpful and never resolved the issue. Overall, the customer service was very poor. The TV was also not working during my stay. In addition, the couches were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax. The water taps were not functioning properly as well. Overall, the property feels more like a converted parking space than a proper home. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
