Stayed Aug 1–21; disappointing for a long-term rental. Recurring electricity and hot water problems — electricity was fixed (owner added 5 amps), but hot water never properly resolved (ran hot ~1 min, then cold for several), which was stressful staying alone with my 2-year-old. Apartment was dirty on arrival; cleaned after complaint, but we later found broken glass under the TV unit — concerning with a toddler around. Basic long-stay essentials (toilet paper, detergent, dish sponge, trash bags) weren't provided. Concerns were heard but rarely acted on — Airbnb support even suggested we pay extra to move instead of fixing things. The unit itself is nice, but street noise is loud, windows are old and don't seal/function properly, screens are damaged, and neighbors repeatedly left garbage outside our door. Expected much better maintenance and management for a stay this long.

الشقه جيدة لكن دوش الحمام غير جيد ولايوجد ماء ساخن البناية من الداخل قديمة وشبه مهجورة مافي مكان لصف السيارة خزانه ملابس مافي بالشقة باب غرفة النوم يحتاج لها صيانه تعمل صوت مرتفع عند الفتح والغلق والباقي جيد من حيث الاثاث ورائحة الشقة لطيفه
Perfect PRIME location & great apartment!!
We had a good stay, everything was as described and location was good. Only two issues: shower didn’t always have hot water and water pressure was low; before checkout I messaged to ask about late checkout but kept getting automated messages about check out time, I personal message answering my question would be nicer
