Set in a residential building, enjoy beautiful mountain views through the large windows, and cozy up by the fireplace (we provide wood, for an extra fee). You’ll be just 1 minute from Amelia and Sapa, and only 9 minutes from Mzaar Ski Resort—perfect for skiing, hiking, and enjoying everything Faraya has to offer.

Located above the popular Amelia Faraya Restaurant & Lounge, the apartment is in the heart of Faraya’s dining and nightlife scene. You’ll be 9 minutes from Mzaar Ski Resort, and 7 minutes from St. Charbel, ODIN, and the InterContinental Mzaar. Winter brings skiing and après-ski lounges, while summer offers hiking, mountain festivals, and cool evenings outdoors.
Free parking is available for guests. The easiest way to get around is by car or taxi. Taxi services are widely available in Lebanon. All major attractions, ski resorts, and restaurants are within a 5–10 minute drive.
Important note: For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.

Overall we had so much fun and it was very nice, but there was no hot water, no wifi, the lights weren’t working outside at first, no electricity from 3 AM till 8 AM, they said that there was a stove outside but there was no gas, we tried to call the number multiple times and text them on airbnb they took like 40’ to answer, while we were sitting without any lights outside from 7PM till 9PM someone came to fix it, for the gas outside someone came to fix it around 9:30 PM. at the end we had fun but these small details could’ve been avoided since we booked 2 weeks ago.

The place was okay and clean with a nice location. However, when we arrived, the apartment door code was not working, and we had to wait a while before getting a code that worked after the third try. Secondly, the advertised outdoor oven was very dirty and didn't work. Thirdly, the wifi username was not even there. We talked to them and they were not very helpful, until I pressed them to give an alternative, which they then gave and it worked. Fourthly, the remote controls did not have batteries, so we could not use the TV.
