Positive: The location was fantastic. Although very central, the apartment was well sound-proofed. Reliable air-conditioning, wifi, electricity, hot water etc ...currently not a given in Lebanon. As there are no bathroom hooks nor clothes hangers in the apartment, we were supplied with a drying rack within an hour after our request. The $50 safety deposit couldn't be deducted from my credit card and the management were very understanding about this situation. Excellent communication with the StayInn management team via WhatsApp. Negative: The apartment wasn't cleaned at all during our 7 day stay and it stated nowhere that we had to specifically request it. An overhead light flickered when turned off (diso during the night which hence resulted in disturbed sleep). We bought 2 eyemasks after the 3rd night. It wasn't repaired during our stay. All of these things were communicated with the StayInn management, and we received replies accordingly.

Excellent location and space. Everything is clean. Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: Lack of elevator (not necessarily if you don’t really need it for large luggage or if you are having medical conditions)
