Good location but inaccurate room photos. Front desk people do not care about guest concerns at all Positive: In general it was a good stay. Negative: The images and listed room types were not accurate to what we booked. We booked a CHALET that did not have any stairs in the photos, especially that stairs would not be ideal for the guests. When we arrived, they offered us a Duplex and completely ignored what was on the confirmed booking "CHALET". And even when we asked, they said the chalets have stairs too (unlike the photos online)! The worst part was the reception people being extremely dismissive and not replying to our concerns, especially when they charged the card an extra $50 and when we asked multiple times they had nothing to say!

Positive: nothing Negative: I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay. We arrived at 12:00 PM, but were informed that we could not check in until 3:00 PM. Since we only had one day for our vacation, we spent the afternoon at the beach and returned to the guest house around 6:00 PM, expecting to relax. Instead, the three of us found that there was no water in the bathroom or the shower. Imagine renting a guest house for comfort and relaxation, yet being unable to use the bathroom or take a shower until approximately 8:30 PM. The maintenance team kept coming and going throughout the evening. When the water finally returned, it was only a very weak stream, making it extremely difficult to shower. We spent hours waiting instead of enjoying our stay, and the repeated maintenance visits completely disrupted our privacy and prevented us from resting. As if that were not enough, at around 11:00 PM the internet stopped working as well. We reported the issue, but nothing was done. The following morning, the situation became even worse. The three of us woke up with no water again. We could not use the bathroom, take a shower, or even wash our faces before leaving. This experience caused all of us great frustration. We paid for this accommodation and expected to receive the basic services that any guest house should provide. Unfortunately, we did not receive what we paid for, and our only vacation day in Batroun was completely ruined because of these repeated issues. For this reason, I requested a refund. We have videos and photos documenting everything that happened, including the condition of the bathroom and the issues we experienced throughout our stay. Regretfully, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. On the contrary, I believe this listing should be reviewed by Booking.com because the accommodation failed to provide the basic services that were advertised. This was, unfortunately, one of the worst holiday experiences we have had

Could've been better Positive: Great location - middle of the souk Nice rooms and interior Negative: I booked four rooms for a group visiting from abroad. Having stayed here twice before without any issues, I was looking forward to another enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, my third visit was not as smooth as the previous ones. The check-in process took longer than expected because the digital room locks were not functioning properly, and we had to contact Stayinn management to to get new codes to access the rooms which delayed our check in time. Another inconvenience was that every request, such as asking for extra towels or tissues, had to be made via WhatsApp or phone with an employee that was not physically at the property. Having a physical reception desk or concierge on-site would make the guest experience much more convenient and efficient. On our third and final day, three of the four rooms had no water in the bathroom. We had to wait several hours until the maintenance team eventually resolved the problem which ruined our morning. Also, the water pressure in the bathrooms were low and sometimes there was not enough hot water. One of the bathrooms toilets also was not flushing properly. Overall, this stay did not meet the standard of my previous visits.
