The appartment and its location are good, however what made my experience bad is the unprofessional customer service of StayInn. First of all I had to follow up to get the access code to check in, knowing they said that it is sent 2 hours before. We spent 4 hours as well calling them with lots of back and forth just to get the wifi which was already mentionned that it is available in the amenities. Too slow to respond or even they won’t respond until you call them and follow up several times. They say that they will solve the issue but in fact nothing is done until you call again and again. The electricity went off as well for around an hour which was unbearable due to the hot weather and not having the ac on and the bed pillows are not comfortable.
