DO NOT TRUST STAYINN EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING I DONT RECOMMEND STAYINN the hosting&management company responsible for this property I booked this apartment because it belongs to a friend, I know the space&that the owner cares about his apartment, which made it particularly upsetting to see how poorly it had been maintained: The apartment was run-down/inadequately cleaned NOT properly prepared -strong smell of cigarette smoke including on the bedding, -mosquitoes & dead mosquitoes on wall - broken&non functioning shutters/issues with TV/Wi-Fi/broken plugs/very limited water/several other maintenance problems. I LEFT AFTER THE 1st NIGHT What followed was even WORSE For 5days I remained courteous&tried to resolve the situation directly with StayInn. I initially avoided escalating the matter because I did not want it create problems with the owner Despite my goodwill I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF StayIn made the refund process IMPOSSIBLE If it wasn’t for AIRBNB I would’ve never been refunded
