Unfortunately, our stay fell well below expectations due to several maintenance and listing issues. The main bathroom had a continuous water heater leak that remained unresolved throughout our stay despite being reported. The listing stated that a microwave was available, but there wasn't one, forcing our family of four to order food instead of reheating meals. The air conditioning also did not function as described, as all three AC units could not operate simultaneously, making the apartment uncomfortable. We experienced repeated bathroom flushing problems and a blocked kitchen sink; although both were eventually repaired, they caused significant inconvenience. The washing machine leaked water and remained unusable. In addition, the elevator was out of service for an entire day, which was especially difficult as my wife is eight months pregnant. While the host did respond and attempted to resolve some issues, several major problems remained unresolved. Not Satisfied at all

The appartment is nice BUT no attention to details whatsoever which makes the stay unpleasant. Top 1: The curtains are SHEER see through in all the rooms, even in the living room. We had to wake up at sunrise everyday on our vacation. When we discussed the issue, no one intervened to solve it, and we had to buy black cardboards to prevent light. 2. There is no microwave.3. No mugs. We had to buy our own. 3. No hangers. Only 3-4 hangers left over from other people. We had to buy our own. 4. Every room had 1 big towel and 1 small towel and thats it. Other than that, the concierge and the host were helpful and responsive
