The host was very responsive and friendly..the apartment itself was very clean, exactly as described, and the best thing about is its proximity to the souk and restaurants whilst keeping a calm environment..I would stay again there for sure!
Great space and location, clean apartment with good amenities, very responsive host - only issues I’d say was WiFi wasn’t working but host fixed it within an hour of letting them know. Only thing was that the water finished and the last two days we had no water despite notifying them and they sent someone to fix it and said it was fixed but it was not. We couldn’t shower or cook the last two days and it was barely possible to flush the toilet. Apart from that great host and space.
I have stayed with this host before and always had a great experience, but unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We dealt with a flooded toilet that remained broken even after a repair attempt. Despite leaving the water heater on all night, only one person in our group was able to take a hot shower; the rest of us had to go without. To make matters worse, the electricity was flickering constantly, which actually resulted in a friend's charger burning out. The property itself is lovely, but the maintenance and safety issues this time were impossible to ignore.
it's a nice place as we see in pictures and as what I say they forget to put the key more than we came at 6 to check in and they send the key at 6:35 the hot water have issues so my 2 kids take a shower and fastly the water becomes cold and today they are 2 sick thank you
