An absolute slice of heaven in Faqra! The chalet was incredibly cozy, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. There is nothing quite like waking up to those stunning mountain views with a warm cup of coffee. If you’re looking for the perfect mountain escape, this is it. We will definitely be back

Hands down the worst airbnb experience we have ever had. There was a nasty unbearable smell all over the apartment. When we told the host, he said the entire building smells that way from “humidity”. The sofa smells like something died inside the cushions. We ran out of water twice within less than 4 hours. The pool on day 1 was filthy and we couldn’t swim. There was an event on day 2 and we were not informed by the host, so we could not tan on the lounge chairs by the pool. We asked if there were seats on the balcony, they said they would check and never came back to us. Don’t expect a responsive host if you book here, most of their messages are automated. When we were granted a late check out to make up for everything, they failed to coordinate internally and asked to leave on time otherwise we would be charged, until we told them to double check. I didn’t intend on writing a negative review, but I don’t want anyone else to have to endure this experience unless major changes are made
