There are unreasonable and unexpected rules such as early checkout at 11am. This was communicated to us after reservation. The host is generally combative in their communication style and unhelpful. The flat lacks basic amenities that are expected in any Airbnb of this level, such as hangers, towels stand, trash bins, etc. You would think that the host would invest in those small yet important essentials for the convenience of guests, but it's not the case. The kitchen was odorous and the sink had stains. The electricity is quite unreliable and power outages happen very often. With that being said, the building has its own generator and the switch happens immediately but sometimes the power cut could last to 10/15 minutes. In general, I wouldn't think of staying there again – totally not recommended.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Beirut. Perfect location and beautiful terrace area! We will definitely stay again
