We stayed here for 2 nights as a large group. The outdoor area is the highlight of the property. The pool is fantastic, the garden is beautiful, and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the space. Unfortunately, the villa was not well prepared for our arrival. Despite requesting extra beds months in advance, they were not provided on the first night, leaving two guests sleeping on couches without sheets. There also were not enough towels for our group. We also experienced frequent electricity outages despite the listing advertising 24/7 electricity, along with plumbing issues that left several bathrooms without running water. Communication was slow, and resolving issues required repeated messages and phone calls. Although we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the outdoor space, the villa needs better maintenance, preparation, and much more responsive management.

Beautiful from the outside, but the place has seen better days. The outdoor areas are lovely and the on-site rep was polite and responsive. Inside is another story. It's an older property and poorly maintained. On arrival, a bed base collapsed and shattered when someone sat on it. The second bed was also broken, held together by loose slats. That night, a wall-mounted bathroom mirror detached and shattered across the floor on its own, leaving glass everywhere. Had anyone been in there, it could have caused real injury. The pool also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Bottom line: looks great in photos, but it's old, poorly maintained, and not safe in its current state. Sharing so the next group knows what they're walking into.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Amchit. The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. The house was very clean, neat, and well-maintained, and the pool was spotless and enjoyable throughout our stay. The staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Everything was well organized, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to stay here again in the future!!
