U Park 1-BR / Sin El Fil

In the capital's western suburbs, an area once known for its factories transformed into a residential neighborhood. Amidst the rapid change, an architect envisioned a unique building that would preserve the spirit of the old industrial zone while offering modern, spacious living.

U Park is a residence with a U-shape, creating a shared park that provides a peaceful escape from the busy city. The building's brick and iron exterior paid homage to the area's industrial past, while the interiors featured open spaces, high ceilings, and flexible layouts inspired by New York lofts.
