We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, looked exactly like the pictures, and was in a fantastic location. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our requests. The apartment is extremely comfortable and practical, especially with the convenience of underground parking and an elevator leading straight to the unit. The public beach (Bahsa) across the street was the cherry on top for the family outdoors. Compared to many other places we have visited in Lebanon, the internet speed and connectivity here are outstanding! We couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Overall, it was a good stay and the apartment had a lot of positives. The team was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. However, there were several issues that affected the experience. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the apartment uncomfortably hot. Upon arrival, the garage remote was missing from the lockbox, so we had to wait about 15 minutes before we could enter the property. While the apartment was generally clean, it wasn’t cleaned to a high standard. The bathroom floor mat was not clean, there were not enough tissues, and despite clearly stating that there would be three guests, there were not enough bed sheets. The safe was also broken. Although the hosts responded quickly whenever we contacted them, it became tiring to keep asking for basic necessities and to report multiple issues throughout the stay. With better maintenance and attention to detail, this could be an excellent Airbnb experience.
