It’s a cool space, and the location is really central in the middle of Batroun Souks!

Hell Positive: Nothing! Negative: Don't book with them! They entered our apartment and stole half of our belongings. We asked the property manager to come and view the incident and help with a police report he refused. At 1am, we went to the Batroun police station alone which is a 4 minute walk from the apartment. Unfortunately, one of the officers said his friends with the New Moon owner and refused to proceed with the report. They got my phone and deleted related photos and videos. So corrupt! This company should not be allowed to operate on this site. It's not safe or honest! Worst travel experience! It was very stressful and hell for us. We have lost a lot!
