We had a great time at the place in Batroun. The house was very comfortable and spacious, and the location was amazing. I thought parking might be difficult because the roads are quite narrow, but it was actually very easy and convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again
The place was spacious. The location is amazing. The terrace beautifully furnished/ equipped. Air conditioning was super good. Walking distance from all attractions.
The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, making it a great choice overall. A few things could be improved. The shower head on the upper floor wasn't working, and the absence of a lift and lights made carrying luggage up and down quite inconvenient. I would also highly recommend providing guests with a photo of the building and clearer arrival instructions in advance. We had to wait outside for around 40 minutes before receiving clear directions on which building to enter. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.
The location is nice, right next to the port, with a spacious layout and a nice rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, our experience at night was disappointing. We were expecting bed sheets for the sofa beds for the children, but none were provided initially. When I tried to use the sofa mattress on the floor, it was dusty and had crumbs underneath. As a result, we had to share the master bed with our kids, which was uncomfortable for everyone.This place has great potential thanks to its setting and terrace, but the lack of proper sleeping arrangements and cleanliness issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected.
