Once you book with us, we will create a group with you and our Customer Success team prior a day from your arrival, in which all information related to the location and check-in/ out procedure will be shared.

While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals, and anything else.

For a great morning: Start off your day with a coffee among the wide array of cafes in the area, such as: SIP caters to all; the young, the old, the fashion victims, the engineers, the pioneers, and the low-profile people. Even pets enjoy SIP! Bn Coffee is a specialty coffee shop and store with certified baristas, great machines, grinders, and high-quality beans.

Breakfast or Brunch Spots: The Barn: If you are a healthy eater and craving some sunshine bowls, The Barn is a walking distance from Anoor Hotel. Saj Beirut: If you are fond of Lebanese mankoushe, the area buzzes with bakeries such as Saj Beirut.

Husk: Husk offers tasty burgers and sandwiches served with premium quality ingredients in addition to a wide selection of craft beers. Don’t miss the St. Nicholas Stairs, also known as the Stairs of Art, named after the numerous art exhibitions that have been taking place since 1973. It is easy to wander in Gemmayze's neighborhood by foot . To make the most of your trip, we recommend our guests to hire their own transport to see all it has to offer. You can also use transportation services such as Uber and Bolt. For more information about car rentals, we are happy to suggest the best in the country.

Important notes: For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.

📅 Reservation Policy: No changes or alterations to reservations are allowed within 72 hours of check-in. 📸 Photoshoots & Gatherings: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized gatherings or commercial shoots will incur a penalty. 🛂 Security Requirement: Passport copies are required upon reservation per Lebanese General Security. 🧹 Mid-stay Cleaning: Available upon request for an additional fee.
