Apartment, location and everything is good The only not good is that they have changed for me the booking too much and too many calls and communication and their team last day was ringing the bell too much and asking when I will leave while I was staying based on the instructions given to me from stayinn customer service which frustrates me a lot It did not severely affected the rates because all of these mess happened in the complementary night they gave me because of the booking changing But throughout my original stay I did not find any problems

The apartment is very beautiful, and well-designed. The maintenance team was truly amazing they were responsive and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable. example, when there was an issue with one of the AC units (it was cooling only and not heating), they quickly provided a heater upon my request. However, there are several important points that I believe the host should take into consideration. Firstly, the listing mentions that there are blinds, but in reality there were none. The curtains are white and very thin, which allowed strong sunlight into the apartment early every morning. As a result, I was unable to have proper rest throughout my stay. This was the main issue for me.Also, some essential amenities were missing. From my experience as a former Superhost, I also believe that basic kitchen items such as coffee mugs, wine glass coffee spoons, and steak knives should be there. so I purchased them myself and left them for future guests, hoping they remain there.
