Terrible Stay - Avoid at All Costs I'm extremely disappointed. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was hit with a terrible smell that set the tone for the rest of my visit. The location, which I initially thought would be convenient, turned out to be a nightmare. The room was literally on the street, with noise levels making it impossible to sleep. Rainy nights turned into a disaster as water flooded the living room - it felt like I was staying in the street! To add to the misery, the windows and doors lack blackouts, making sleep during the day a joke. A constant, annoying sound in the room (probably the fridge?) didn't help. And basic amenities? Forget about it - no slippers, no nothing. The room's light bulb above the bed wasn't working, and the overall feeling is that I paid premium for a subpar experience. Zero value for money. Oh, and parking? Don't even get me started. Stay away until these major

Amazing place In the middle of Batroun and by the sea
about 2 months ago
Calm & enjoyable; easy to reach the beach. Positive: The location was superb! I had a little trouble with the entry code on arrival, then it was easy. A power & water failure was dealt with very quickly and the checkout was simple. Negative: A recommendation for future guests: The street lights shine directly onto the mezzanine, where the bed faces the window. Top Tip: use the throw on the sfa and drape it over the balustrade (use towels too) and the glare will be deflected.

We stayed during the low season — and even then, we could hear people passing right outside as if the street was part of the room. I can only imagine what it must be like in high season — probably not ideal for light sleepers! Also, a little note for those who like to breathe (literally): there are no windows. So unless you keep the AC running, there’s no fresh air coming in. And if you enjoy sleeping in the dark… bring an eye mask. There are no curtains, so daylight hits full force at 6 a.m. sharp. On the bright side, the place was spotless, the location couldn’t be more central, and both the owner (a lovely cigar aficionado) and the management team were super nice. With some blackout curtains and a way to get a bit of air, this place could really be perfect.
