For the price I/we paid for this property, we could get 5*hotel on the beach with breakfast included and if it was not non refund., I would move out immediately! Very noisy, smelly sofas that we used our shirts to sit on, hard to operate door lock, internet only works occasionally, kettle not washed, smelly in Arabic caffe, no sponge to wash dishes & even 1 kitchen cloth, windows very dirty/areas full of pigeon droppings, fingerprints all over kitchen, cracked iron, broken ironing board…Host/agency tried to help a lot with everything (even disturbing late in the evening with nmbr of msgs & door lock codes sending for next day at 11pm, sending msgs about check out not even bothered to read msgs that their colleague sent earlier, offering cleaning, but that should be done before guest arrival! I general, I regret every $ I spent on this property. It’s not worth it!

Very nice and enjoyable stay Positive: Great location with a lot of cultural and leisure activities just few minutes walking distance. Despite its vicinity to the pubs/restaurants, it was very quiet inside the apartment which is very rare in Beirut. Great facilities with washing machines and dryers in the building free of charge. Staff was very responsive and extremely polite. I would definitely rent it when we come back to Lebanon Negative: The flat was OK cleaned but I would recommend better thorough cleaning and have more kitchen amenities (towels, wet clothes, etc.)
