During summer season, Lychee by the C operates daily with a pool, beach access, food & beverage service, entertainment, music, and occasional live screenings/events. As part of your stay, 2 guests receive complimentary access to Lychee by the C venue, pool, and lawn area. Any additional guests can access the venue by paying the regular entrance fee directly at the beach club.

Please note: • Lychee by the C is a seasonal concept operating mainly during the whole period of summer months • The beach area is shared and not private • Since the venue is directly adjacent to the house, music and activity will be present during operating hours, especially on weekends and event days • Expect a lively and vibrant beachfront atmosphere throughout the summer season, with guests enjoying music, entertainment, dancing, and beach activities next door at Lychee by the C

Guest access:

• Easy self check-in with a smart lock.
• Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions after booking, including the smart lock code, directions to the apartment, and WiFi credentials.
• Our Customer Success Team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM to assist with any questions or issues during your stay.

Other things to note: For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.

📅 Reservation Policy: No changes or alterations to reservations are allowed within 72 hours of check-in. 📸 Photoshoots: Must be approved in advance and are charged at a separate rate. Unauthorized shoots will incur a penalty. 🎉 Gatherings: Exceeding the apartment’s maximum capacity must be approved and may incur a fee.
