I would say the location was amazing in the middle of Batroun. Also the host was responsive when we needed. Its a very good place to stay for couple of days.

Horrible experience. I do not recommend anyone stay here. The property had multiple serious issues. There was no water at all on the first floor, and the ground floor had extremely low water pressure. There was no hot water, only cold water throughout our stay. The stove wasn’t working because there was no gas, making it impossible to cook. We also found cockroaches and ants, and several of the lights/lamps were not working. We reported these issues immediately. We were promised that maintenance would fix everything. Someone came, inspected the problems, and told us they would return the next morning—but no one ever came back. After that, they stopped answering our calls and messages. The lack of basic amenities and the poor customer service made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The chalet is offering 2 big bath tubs we filled half of one and after we did so the chalet was out of water in the morning the chalet is very warm and the ACs takes a lot of time to cool the place we were having issues to turn on all AC s at once as the electricity would go off and needed maintenance to fix it during our stay

A beautiful traditional Lebanese house with high ceilings right in the center of Batroun , walking distance to everywhere . The house was very clean and the bedrooms are all en suite and very comfortable . The only issue was that there was no air conditioning in the main living area on the ground floor so we asked for some fans and the host was very responsive at all times . A great stay overall for our family of 7.
