Important notes:

For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.

📅 Reservation Policy: No changes or alterations to reservations are allowed within 72 hours of check-in.

📸 Photoshoots: Must be approved in advance and are charged at a separate rate. Unauthorized shoots will incur a penalty.

🎉 Gatherings: Exceeding the apartment’s maximum capacity must be approved and may incur a fee. Unauthorized gatherings will incur a penalty.

🛂 Security Requirement: Passport copies are required upon reservation per Lebanese General Security.

🧹 Cleaning Service – The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your stay, and the couch is sanitized after each guest.

🚭 Smoking Policy – Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

🚗 Parking – Street parking; paid parking lots are available nearby.
