I am writing to formally complain about my stay, as the level of service was completely unacceptable. I requested an early check-in and was told the apartment was not ready due to a “previous guest,” yet the cleaning team arrived only about 10 minutes before my check-in time, which shows this explanation was misleading and the unit was not properly prepared. When I finally entered, the apartment was in poor condition. My luggage was covered in white dust from the closets, the duvet cover was ripped, and the dishes smelled like they were only rinsed with water, forcing me to wash them again. After hours of delay that disrupted my plans, I was offered a late check-out, which does not compensate for what happened. I expected a clean, ready apartment, not one rushed more than four hours after the previous guest checked out. This has been the worst hosting experience I’ve had in 8 years of renting on this platform.
