Great villa with spacious modern rooms and living room. But we found it dusty dirty and smelly.

The place is very nice with a great sunset view and access to the beach. However, the house was very dirty. We had to clean every surface before eating or preparing food. There was trash left in the kitchen with a bad smell and flies around it. The host tells you last minute that someone might show up to clean the pool in the morning. The guy spent more than 3 hours around us in the morning which was so uncomfortable. I would only recommend this place if you're having a big event or party. They even have party decoration and a lot of outdoor seating. But, I do not think it's suitable for a family gathering or relaxing time.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Upon entering the odor of the home was musty and smelled like sewage. Everything was dusty. The bathroom had a leak with water on the floor. The kitchen was discussing, dark and old. The refrigerators/freezers were very old and scuffed. One of the AC units was not working the whole time we were there. There was a dirty towel in the guest bathroom… the list goes on and on. The only positive thing was the back view of the sea. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star!

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough to relax. Our host was extremely welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication very easy. The small touches and attention to detail really made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
