لطيفة نوعاً ما Positive: القرب من السوق وكل شيء Negative: حجم جهاز التكييف صغير ولا يغطي كل الشقة لذلك شعرت بالحر و الرطوبة كثيراً . الوسادات عالية ، عند طلبي تنظيف الشقة ابلغوني بوجود 30 دولار رسوم اضافية على التنظيف وصراحة هذا امر اول مرة اصادف هكذا حالة ؟ التنظيف اليومي مفروض يكون مجاني مثل اي فندق او مسكن اخر ، كما انه لم يتم توفير مياه شرب سوى قنينتين في اول يوم
A very beautiful location. With a seamless check in and check out process. Host was super responsive and the place was very clean and had all we required for our short stay. Parking is also right opposite the place. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Could've been better Positive: Great location - middle of the souk Nice rooms and interior Negative: I booked four rooms for a group visiting from abroad. Having stayed here twice before without any issues, I was looking forward to another enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, my third visit was not as smooth as the previous ones. The check-in process took longer than expected because the digital room locks were not functioning properly, and we had to contact Stayinn management to to get new codes to access the rooms which delayed our check in time. Another inconvenience was that every request, such as asking for extra towels or tissues, had to be made via WhatsApp or phone with an employee that was not physically at the property. Having a physical reception desk or concierge on-site would make the guest experience much more convenient and efficient. On our third and final day, three of the four rooms had no water in the bathroom. We had to wait several hours until the maintenance team eventually resolved the problem which ruined our morning. Also, the water pressure in the bathrooms were low and sometimes there was not enough hot water. One of the bathrooms toilets also was not flushing properly. Overall, this stay did not meet the standard of my previous visits.
It wasn’t really pleasant except that Positive: I liked the location Negative: Our room was “Reem” which is on the ground floor. In the pictures it didn’t show that the terrace is facing other buildings and a parking, we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. In the price it mentioned that there is a fees for the service but in fact there was no service. In addition there was a big cockroach.
