Phenomenal stay, truly. From the cleanliness and comfort to the beautiful view of the lighthouses and the sea, everything was exceptional. The location is excellent as well; right in the heart of the souks of Batroun, yet still incredibly calm, with no noise from cars. Although we had some trouble finding the place at first, the host was extremely helpful and stayed on the line with us until we arrived and made sure that everything was going well A must-stay, for sure!

Negative: Très mauvaise expérience lors de la nuit du 31 décembre au Light House Stayinn. À notre arrivée le 31 décembre, le code d’accès de la porte ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû appeler pour être assistés par téléphone afin d’ouvrir. J’ai alors demandé comment nous ferions si nous rentrions tard dans la nuit : on m’a répondu « appelez-nous et nous vous aiderons ». L’entrée de l’appartement était complètement inondée à cause de la tempête. Nous sommes sortis le soir et sommes rentrés vers 2h du matin, en pleine tempête (pluie, grêle, vent). Impossible de rentrer : le code ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Nous avons appelé à de nombreuses reprises, personne n’a répondu. Nous sommes restés environ 30 minutes sous la pluie, de nuit, jusqu’à ce que nous repérions par hasard la loge d’une gardienne, qui a dû appeler le propriétaire pour nous aider à entrer. Le lendemain matin, nous recevons un message : “Good morning, how can I assist you?” Comme si rien ne s’était passé pendant la nuit. Autre problème : le store de la chambre était cassé. Et malgré tout cela, le séjour a été facturé plein tarif, sans excuse, ni geste commercial. Une situation inadmissible, surtout un soir de tempête et de réveillon, avec une absence totale d’assistance nocturne. Je ne recommande pas.
