1 to 20 December: Any reservation changes, alterations, or cancellations must be made at least 7 days before check-in to be eligible for a guaranteed refund.

After 20 December: Any reservation changes, alterations, or cancellations must be made at least 3 days before check-in to be eligible for a guaranteed refund.
