The main issue was the electricity. We confirmed before booking that the Airbnb had a TV because we wanted to watch it, and while the TV itself worked, the electricity went on and off more than 20 times. This made watching YouTube frustrating, as we had to re-enter it multiple times, and it even went out while playing board games. We chose this location to stay all night and enjoy it, but the frequent power outages—sometimes lasting 5–10 minutes—made that impossible. The team said it was a city-wide issue, but the lights were fine everywhere else. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom was dirty and covered in pee, which I had to clean myself.

Although I ended getting a full refund given how bad the stay was (gas exploded, no cleaning before checkin, apartment was not equipped before checkin with basic things, etc), but I would not stay again there even for free. The host customer service team were very helpful though, but they are remote with no control on how bad things were on the ground. The building has been newly renovated, but very cheaply so. The developer cut every corner possible, so I would not be surprised if someone gets seriously hurt in that place one way or another.
