While the apartment was clean and nice, the experience with the management company was terrible: - inaccurate location details and pin - inefficient and unhelpful customer service - lack of instructions and sense of responsibility leading to getting stuck inside the building for 45 mins - no hot water despite turning the water heater on - no apologies communicated ; we requested a full refund, which was completely dismissed.

The apartment was clean and spacious, in a great location. The team was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
