Cannot recommend - no heating in the winter. Positive: The apartment was clean and well located. Negative: I simply cannot recommend this place as it was completely ill prepared for the weather. There was no heating for most of the stay, leaving us freezing in the apartment. I was left paying the full amount even though the basic service of heating was not provided in a 2 degrees environment. The included parking spot was also not available as the appartement couldn’t deal with the snow in front of the property. In addition, the host is in fact and external booking platform called StayInn, asking to pay via external link and to provide ID via WhatsApp. This place might be fit for the summer, but shouldn’t be operating in the winter.

While the apartment was clean and nice, the experience with the management company was terrible: - inaccurate location details and pin - inefficient and unhelpful customer service - lack of instructions and sense of responsibility leading to getting stuck inside the building for 45 mins - no hot water despite turning the water heater on - no apologies communicated ; we requested a full refund, which was completely dismissed.
