The Space: This beautifully restored stone house blends warm, traditional architecture with laid-back elegance:

• 2 cozy bedrooms: one with a double-size bed, the other with two single beds + two sofa beds
• Fully equipped kitchen: includes a stove, oven, coffee machine, mini fridge, washing machine, and all the essentials
• Dining area
• Private terrace with outdoor seating and open mountain views
• Direct access to Berbara's hiking trail
• Parking available right next to the property

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire stone house, and the outdoor terrace & furniture. You'll have full independence during your stay, with self check-in via lock box.

Important notes: For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
