Long ago, along the stunning Mediterranean coast of Berbara, there was a quaint village called Al Biyad — named for the white limestone cliffs that gleamed under the sun and guided ancient sailors safely to shore. For centuries, Al Biyad thrived as a humble fishing village and agricultural haven, where families nurtured olives, figs, and citrus trees, and gathered to share stories beneath starlit skies.

During the Ottoman era, Al Biyad served as a peaceful refuge for fishermen and traders, its stone houses and terraced fields standing as timeless symbols of a life deeply connected to land and sea. Though small, the village was a vital part of Berbara’s rich heritage — a sanctuary of warmth, tradition, and community.

Today, that spirit lives on in this charming 1-bedroom traditional Lebanese house called Al Biyad. Thoughtfully restored, it blends rustic heritage with modern comforts for a cozy and memorable stay.

For monthly stays, electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage (meter reading or fixed fee), and water refilling (if needed) is also charged additionally. These costs are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.

📅 Reservation Policy: No changes or alterations to reservations are allowed within 72 hours of check-in.

📸 Photoshoots: Must be approved in advance and are charged at a separate rate. Unauthorized shoots will incur a penalty.

🎉 Gatherings: Exceeding the apartment’s maximum capacity must be approved and may incur a fee. Unauthorized gatherings will incur a penalty.

🛂 Security Requirement: Passport copies are required upon reservation per Lebanese General Security.
