The apartment was clean and nice, but our stay was ruined by a dangerous chimney explosion. We texted the host immediately, saying it was urgent and we needed help. They kept telling us someone was coming, but no one ever showed up. We ended up waiting outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes in freezing snow, while being repeatedly told help was on the way. Eventually, we had to leave for our safety. When we asked for a refund, they refused. Horrible customer service. Completely unsafe, and I do not recommend staying here — it’s shocking how poorly they handled an emergency.
